CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y -- Local retailer Tee Shirt University has promised refunds for any Bills merchandise purchased in the month of August if the team breaks its playoff drought.

Owner Dave LaGier grew up watching Jim Kelly lead his hometown team to four straight Super Bowls, and said Wednesday he wouldn't mind giving back a few refunds.

"You know, we've got a lot of big names, I think we've got four Pro Bowlers on the defensive line," LaGier said. "I think we've got a lot of big names out there that could push this team forward. This is a really exciting year for the Bills."

To qualify, you have to buy your merch in-store, and be sure to keep your receipt.

Tee Shirt University has six locations in Buffalo, Rochester, and Pittsburgh.
